Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pluto, we aim to provide a fair and transparent subscription experience for all our users. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any plan.

1. Freemium Plan
All new users are automatically enrolled in our Freemium Plan, which is free to use without any time limits. You can continue using this plan even if you cancel or do not upgrade to a paid subscription.

2. Paid Plans & Trial Period
When you subscribe to any paid plan, you receive a 7-day free trial. During this trial, you can explore the full features of the plan.
If you do not confirm your subscription and complete the payment before the end of the trial period, your account will automatically revert back to the Freemium Plan.

3. Cancellations
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the Freemium Plan. No further charges will be made.

4. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
All new paid subscriptions are covered by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. Refunds requested after 30 days will not be eligible under this guarantee.

5. Refund Processing
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
